Coming from the best dehesas (natural pastures with trees that produce acorn), the pig of our Iberian acorn-fed ham has been fed in the open air on acorns, natural pastures and other foods from the ecosystem in which it lives. This translates into a ham of the highest quality, in which every detail has been treated with care to achieve one of the best Iberian hams on the market.

As a result, we obtain an acorn-fed Iberian ham of the highest quality, with a high level of infiltration of fat that is only found in the best Iberian pigs. This fact provides a unique juiciness in the mouth, stimulating all our senses. This variety has an intense and at the same time balanced flavour, together with a slightly fibrous texture. One of the greatest jewels of gastronomy.

Elaboration

After obtaining a unique raw material, these acorn-fed Iberian hams will be cured for at least 36 long months in artisanal drying sheds in the south of Spain, with time, natural ventilation and semi-darkness.
